Old City Hall, which is next to the Independence Hall, same courtyard. This is where the city hall of Philadelphia first, then became where the Supreme Court met.

The American Philosophical Society, a Franklin idea. He wanted to provide a place where average Americans, carpenters, cordwainers, dock workers, bakers, could come and discuss philosophy or science.

Today the American Philosophical Society is a library and this is an original map during the Jefferson administration
